Snydex FAQ
Understand how products, subscriptions, integrations, custom platforms, delivery, data, and ownership work before your next step.
Products
Snydex products are focused software platforms designed around a specific operating need, such as invoicing, inbox intelligence, museum operations, hospitality workflows, community management, or gaming intelligence. Explore the full product portfolio to compare their features and uses.
Yes. Products are offered as ready-to-use platforms with onboarding and configuration based on the selected plan. Some products may require an initial setup conversation or connected-account configuration before access is activated.
Choose a product when an existing Snydex platform already matches the workflow you need. Choose a custom platform when your process, permissions, integrations, data model, or customer experience needs to be designed specifically for your organization.
Often, yes. Product configuration and supported integrations may be available within a subscription. Requirements that materially change the product may be scoped as an add-on or a separate custom platform engagement.
Subscriptions & pricing
A subscription includes access to the selected product and the capabilities listed for that plan. Connected accounts, users, storage, usage, onboarding, premium integrations, and implementation requirements may affect the final plan and price. Review the current options on our pricing page.
Published product prices are shown as monthly starting prices unless a product page states otherwise. Your order or subscription agreement will confirm billing frequency, included limits, and any setup requirements.
Plan changes and cancellation terms are defined in the applicable order or subscription agreement. Contact Snydex before changing a production account so data export, access, and connected workflows can be handled safely.
Starting prices represent the smallest standard configuration. Final pricing can change with user count, data volume, connected systems, storage, implementation work, AI usage, support level, or requirements outside the standard product scope.
SaaS tools & integrations
Snydex supports common business systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, Stripe, Notion, Calendly, QuickBooks, Zapier, and Intercom. Browse our integration services, or ask us to evaluate another system with a suitable API, webhook, export, or approved connection method.
Usually not. Integrations are designed to connect the systems your team already relies on, move information between them, and reduce repetitive work. Replacement is considered only when consolidation is part of the agreed platform strategy.
Use the Interest Form to share the tool name and desired workflow. We will review its available connection methods, permissions, data model, rate limits, and reliability before recommending an approach.
Yes. Your organization should retain ownership and administrative control of its business accounts. Snydex requests only the access needed to configure, test, and operate the approved integration.
Custom platforms
The base engagement includes discovery and workflow planning, a custom interface and core platform build, administrative management, permissions, activity reporting, operational safeguards, deployment, documentation, and handoff. See the custom platform overview for the complete process.
Custom platform engagements start at $5,000. Integrations, AI agents, data migration, advanced workflows, additional modules, and ongoing support are scoped according to the requirements confirmed during discussion and proposal review. View custom platform pricing for more detail.
A focused first release may have an estimated one-month delivery window after scope alignment, deposit, and access to required information. Larger builds, external dependencies, complex integrations, or changing requirements can extend the timeline.
Yes. Custom platforms are structured so additional workflows, integrations, roles, reports, and product capabilities can be prioritized after the first release without forcing every idea into the initial build.
Process & delivery
The standard path is Interest, Discussion, Proposal, Deposit, Proof of Concept, Alignment, and Delivery. Each stage creates a decision point so scope, risk, cost, and production requirements remain visible before work advances. Review the full delivery process.
The proof of concept validates the core user journey, the highest-risk integration, essential data flow, and major technical assumptions. It gives stakeholders something concrete to review before production requirements are finalized.
Your team provides workflow context, access to approved systems, timely decisions, and feedback from the people who will use or own the platform. Clear ownership on both sides keeps delivery moving and reduces avoidable rework.
Delivery means the approved scope is live in the agreed environment, critical workflows and integrations are verified, administrative access and documentation are transferred, and ownership, support, and next-step priorities are confirmed.
Data clarity
Not perfectly, but its condition needs to be understood. During discovery we identify sources, owners, required fields, duplicates, missing information, access constraints, and the level of cleanup needed for the intended workflow.
We map where information originates, who is responsible for it, how it changes, and which system should govern each record type. The approved data flow documents when information is read, written, synchronized, or retained for reference.
The platform can surface missing fields, validation failures, conflicts, or records that need human review. Automation should not hide uncertainty, so exception handling and ownership are designed into the workflow.
Ownership & handoff
Your organization retains ownership of its business data. Access, processing, storage, retention, export, and deletion responsibilities are documented according to the systems and services used by the project.
Ownership and licensing are defined in the approved proposal or services agreement. Custom deliverables, reusable Snydex components, third-party services, and subscription products may have different ownership or license terms, so those boundaries are made explicit before development begins.
Handoff can include production access, administrative credentials or ownership transfer, operating documentation, configuration guidance, deployment information, known limitations, and the agreed support path. Exact deliverables follow the approved scope.
Yes. Ongoing hosting, monitoring, maintenance, improvements, and support can be scoped after delivery. You can also choose a handoff model that prepares your internal or external technical team to operate the platform. Contact Snydex to discuss the right support model.
